Main uses: In food, beverage industry asd flavor, stabilizer, buffer, chelating agent, buttermilk nutritional supplements, emulsifier, flavoring agent; pharmaceutical industry as anticoagulant, medicine and phlegm diuretics; in the detergent industry, can replace sodium tripolyphosphate as a non-toxic additive of detergent; also used for brewing, injection, photography drugs and electroplating.
