Properties: 
Monoclinic crystal, white powder, granular or crystalline round pellets. Relative density of 2.428, melting point 891 ℃. Soluble in water, the solution is alkaline. Insoluble in alcohol and ether. There are strong moisture absorption, caking, long-term exposure to air, can easily absorb carbon dioxide and become potassium bicarbonate.

Uses:
Is the raw materia for the production of tubes, CRT televisions, computer monitors bulb of, optical glass can improve transparency, strength and refraction coefficients. Also used in the production of welding electrodes to prevent the phenomenon of breaking arc welding. Is a raw material of food additives potassium sorbate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and other products. Can be used as foliar spray fertilizer, but also for fertilizer raw materials. Can also be used to produce dye vat dyes and pull the white ice. Remove hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide is used as the absorbent. Mixed with soda ash can be used as a dry powder extinguishing agent. Also be used as acetone, alcohol production auxiliary materials and rubber production in anti-aging agent. Solution can be used for scouring cotton, wool degreasing. In addition, for inks, pharmaceuticals production photography, polyester, explosives, electroplating, leather, ceramics, building materials, crystals and medicine. For the production of instant noodles, carbonated beverage additives, play a role in leavening and corrosion. Also be used for a raw material of food additives potassium sorbate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and other products.
